Sabal Pointe is a nice place but Equity price going exageretaly up every year not good no less than $200/month. Getting notice via email when they have already violate the apartment without notice not good at all. Having to pay water for the entire building instead of having a meter not cool. Having people smoke drugs and having to smell it if you are on your balcony just bad neighboors beside this this is a nice place to live
