Dear Valued Resident, We apologize for the experience you have stated in your review and want to use this opportunity to clarify the conversation you had with Amanda this morning. Amanda contacted you to clarify what pest services you were requesting since our Pest Control Technician was turned away from your apartment by someone in your home. Additionally, we were told Pest Control did not visit your home as scheduled on Tuesday but the technician who visited your home on Thursday 9/12 confirmed there was an acknowledgment of service for 9/10/19 at 2:25pm sitting on your counter top. We want to resolve any suspected pest issue you may have but need your help to do so most efficiently. Please contact Amanda at (919) 806-5674 to clarify what services you want as we have attempted on two separate occasions to service your unit. Thank you for your residency.

It makes us very happy to know that our residents are enjoying their homes. If you like the pool you will love our other great amenities. I apologize that the office coffee is only available during office hours, which are 9:00am - 6:00 pm Monday-Friday with special weekend hours to serve you. They not only help us correct your concerns they help us solve the concerns of our other residents. Your happiness is important to the entire Ashley Park staff. For your convenience we have after hour Courtesy officer service that can be called to your apartment home when neighboring noises become to much. We know in multi family communities it is hard to completely solve this problem, but we hope that this will help. We recently changed out Pest Control company and are expecting amazing results because they have presented us with new and innovative tactics. This concerns us and we want to make your experience a better one. I'd like to send our maintenance staff to your apartment home to complete any repairs that are needed. The upkeep of the property sometimes requires the Landscaping company to mow in an effort to beautify the community. We are aware that this can be a little bit of a nuisance but we are hoping that the benefits outweigh the occasional nuisance. I hope that this will be a start to making your experience here better.
