1. Narrow parking spots and too busy to get a vacant lot, have to park very far from the apartment.
2. Amenities are not properly Pre-checked before tenant move-in, lot of repairs.
3. No referral bonus.

We regret to hear that you have not been satisfied with your experience in our community. I'd like to work with you to turn your experience around.
Our parking spots are standard width. We understand that it can get busy in our community. To ensure that our residents can find parking easily, we work with a towing vendor to remove improperly parked or inoperable vehicles.
We perform a detailed inspection of each home prior to any move-in, but I apologize if there were items we missed on yours. If you notice anything that is not quite right, we ask that you please submit a service request or put it on your move-in inspection sheet. We also walk the community routinely to ensure that both the grounds are clean and all amenities are fully functioning.
Per North Carolina state law, we are not allowed to give referrals. We apologize for this inconvenience.
