If I could give them a ZERO, I most certainly would. I have lived here for 4 years and was in the process of buying a home so I gave the office more than a 30 day notice to vacate at the end of my lease. Two weeks later the financing fell through on my home. When I called the office to ask about renewing my lease, they quoted a rate of $5 OVER the market rate for my town home. (they normally discount your rate if you are a long standing tenant) I am a single mother who keeps to herself, I work 2 jobs to make ends meet, and I am a full time student. I am not a bad tenant! Over the 4 years that I have lived here, my stove has almost electrocuted me (shooting part of my cooking pan across the kitchen as an arc of electricity burst through my frying pan), the office lost one of my packages only to find it months later after I had to pay over $100 to replace the contents of what they lost, they have misplaced work orders causing me to wait months for them to fix one of my toilets. It seems like they would want to keep their quiet tenants considering the amount of people who like to hang out on the outside their house with their music up. IF you like being startled awake at 3 am to someone's bass booming from their car then this might be the place for you! Neighbors let their dogs roam free too and dont seem to care whether you step in a surprise or not. Thanks Beachwood Park for making it impossible for me to stay in a place that could care less about me and my son.
