Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback on your living experience at Camden Manor Park. I assure you that we follow the same exact move-out procedures for all of our residents. Our main goal is to provide the same quality of apartment to the next resident as when you moved in. The only time we have to resurface a countertop (not replace) is if it was damaged. The actual cost that we pay to get the apartment back to an acceptable condition is forwarded to the previous resident (invoices are always provided); therefore, we do not make any profit whatsoever on damages. Hello - I am sorry to hear about your experience here at Camden Manor Park and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I assure you that we are fair and consistent with all of our residents in regards to our policies and procedures as stated in the lease agreement. I know that millipedes and spiders can be an issue especially when living on a ground floor apartment home. We have pest control visit our community every week and I am more than happy to send them over your way. In addition, we take mold VERY seriously. If ever you believe there to be mold in and/or around your home, it is your responsibility to let us know so that we can inspect the area. From what you're describing, it sounds like mildew, which is something completely different than mold - as mold requires constant moisture or water (such as a leak). We continually strive to deliver Living Excellence to all of our residents. There are some aspects however, that are out of our control. We are a pet friendly community, therefore it is expected to hear dogs barking every now and then. In addition, it is important to understand that we have 484 apartment homes where you may not always be able to find prime parking spots closest to your home. We have garages available which will guarantee you a convenient space every time.
