The biggest downfall of this apartment complex is the amount of bugs. I get pest control to come spray my apartment about every two weeks but the bugs literally sit outside the door at night. Since moving here we have had a change in management which was very disappointing. Previous staff members knew you by name and were extremely welcoming, all maintenance issues were handled within 24-48 hours of complaint, however with the new management most issues take up to a week to complete and then are not completed accurately. The new management staff are not welcoming (exception to Kevin because he does try his best to help) and do not seem interested in getting to know renters. One big thing I HATE is that management here fails to follow up with you concerning any issue. I asked for the manager to contact me regarding an issue I had, she wrote my name on a sticky note and never followed up with me. My hope is that this review shows the management team that they have a lot to work on to make renters want to stay here. If my rent was any higher I absolutely would not live here
