We have loved our experience thus far. If it was in a different location we would stay longer than our lease. Every time we've had any issue management has fixed it right away. Punctual communication and lots of community events.

It's very nice here. Amentities are gorgeous. You can hear people walking, talking, playing music constantly in the apartments. Management will send an email but it still continues. There are also a of breakins with cars.

Great community, amenities, and helpful staff. I've been here since 2020 and have no complaints. Maintenance team is very prompt and responsive, as well as courtesy security. I feel safe here and I am satisfied with this neighborhood.

My apartment is beautiful. I love the area and the staff is amazing. When anything goes wrong, the maintenance staff are knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Enjoy your search.

In the beginning it was nice property kept up but later we started having people driving through late at night blasting music. Now that seems to have stopped and its more people living there being loud hanging in stairwell or parking lot.

Disappointed

This is a diamond in the rough in Raleigh! You will definitely not regret staying here! The units have excellent ameneties, and management is always quick to respond to issues. Do yourself a favor and move in!

Moving to this apartments was the best decision ever, leasing office manager was really polite and helpful, love the apartment style, beautiful surrounding area, close to convenience places ( food, health, etc), all that for a affordable price.

The community has been fine. Staff is really great. The community is kept clean. Occasionally you may get a noise neighbor. It would be nice if the rent would not go up for loyal residents that pay rent on time.
