Resident 2010 - 2013

4/14/2013

Apart and aside for the loud, noisy, children and rude young people, this would be a relatively nice place to live. Yes, children will be children; they play, and they should, that's what children do....but to be as LOUD and unruly as they are goes well beyond just playing. The ones that live over here tend to run in groups, gathering in the buildings that they do not live in, disturbing the tenants that live in those buildings. They should play on the playground or where they live. The really young children are not a problem. Their parents don't normally let them out alone anyway. It's the ones that are old enough to roam and get in to mischief by themselves & with their buddies. Like leaving trash alllll over the steps and the grounds where they don't live, as if their parents don't teach them better. I would imagine they are not taught and their homes look the same way. It is rather despicable to me, being that cleanliness is next to Godliness. So, that only leaves filthiness for the heathens. Another nuisance is the older children that like to play ball. Not a thing wrong with that. It is a very healthy recreation...but I don't benefit from it not even an iota when the little wanna-be NFL players stand around and bounce and bounce and bounce and bounce their balls IN my building or on the sidewalk or parking lot in front of my building, instead of on the basketball court. Although I LOVE ALL children dearly, it is not my place to discipline everyone else's undisciplined children. If you don't mind the noise....go for it.
