I loved Spanish Trace. I live there for about 2 years and had absolutely no problems with anyone there. The staff were great and always were prompt in fixing anything that needed to be done. They were also very polite and considerate. It was also a very quiet community and had no loud noises complaint what so ever. The property was well maintained and plenty and plenty of parking spaces. Never had to fight someone for a parking space. I completely disagree about any negative statements being made. Apparently they did something wrong and not the complex. I am currently residing in their sisterhood complex going on4 years and still have not had a problem with them. If I had a choice to stay at Spanish Trace, I would have stayed, but unfortunately, I needed a bigger place to live and had to move to a townhouse. I completely loved Spanish Trace and still know people who live there and love it still. Spanish Trace takes care of their own and I will stick to that.
