How is a building that is less than ten years old falling apart? If itās not one of the broken elevators, itās the parking garage gate. You have to pay to park in their GATED garage that constantly has issues. The garage I park in has now been propped open by a rock for a week. This is literally a field day for the neighborhood ruffians. The rent is ridiculously high for the amount of issues that they have. With all of the nice, new complexes in the immediate area, do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Still undecided? Come and visit my apartment and spend some time with my neighbor who spends 23 hours a day watching tv on his cellphone on the balcony while chatting with himself.

Move here if you like: frequent broken elevators, a "renovated" gym with missing equipment, old men yelling into their phones on balconies at all hours of the night, not being able to open windows because of chain smoking neighbors, and crack heads that charge their phones on the building.
