I am a current resident at Sterling Town Center, and they have recently come under new management. This management is much like their new ridiculous forced policy on us, TRASH! They recently put up a memorandum on all the residents doors indicating that there will be a new trash "Service" offered to the community at $20 per month (an extra $240 a year on top of what we're already paying). Rather than having this be an optional service, it is mandatory and there is no way out of this forced payment. Oh, and we are still required to pay for the trash fee for the dumpsters which we've had since we originally signed our leases. They fired all the previous staff members (who were friendly, caring, and more than willing to help out with any need or concern we had) and replaced them with these robot-like people who only offer scripted responses when coming to them for any type of question you may have. My overall advice for any future apartment seekers; save your money, don't bother renting from this company. Find yourself a place with better and more respectful management.
