Halfway throught the year here, and it has been interesting to say the least. Upon moving in, everything had to be scrubbed clean, dog hair was eveywhere. On the plus side, i had new carpets, although, there was paint on the floor. It wasn't move in ready because the water heater was not connected and leakee on floor. The A/C unit went out, and currently is not fixed. I began developing white mold, which is a problem, since its now affecting personal items. Maintenance and Staff have been contacted, but my first requested was May 28, 2019, and still no AC. Just constantly been humid. Maintenance is nice, however, the job is never completed. There always something wrong. This summer has been rough, and I'm starting to regret moving here. The last thing I want to worry about in life, is the maintenance and habitability on an apartment, where the tenant is paying rent timely. Advice for maintenance, is to make sure the work is completed 100%, we all get paid for accuracy.
