When I moved here three years ago this was a nice place to live. Now they are under new management and no one seems to care about tenantsý concerns any more. There is a dog barking every night, and half of the people living here play their music too loud, but complaints to the management achieve nothing. Iýve had to call the police numerous times, but their hands are tied, so I have to live in this hole for now. You donýt. Stay away.

The above was posted in Nov. 2003. It´s Feb. 2004 now, and I can now add more info. I have heard that other tenants have also reported problems with noise to the police. Also, it seems as though many of the people living here like to roar through the parking lot, or play their car stereos too loud. The management still hasnýt taken action even though the rental agreement we all signed would certainly allow them to. Donýt think about contacting Cornerstone, either. I sent them three emails, the only method their website offers for contacting management, over a month ago and Iýve received no response. I am so glad my contract expires in two months.
