My experience has not been great since the take over and I can't wait to leave. The maintenance staff is very lazy and do a half job. The office staff have very poor communication. Their is a lack in the level of care.

The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions and concerns and I could tell the genuinely cared. The few maintenance request I had was taken care of immediately. So far I am happy resident.
