Community is close to attractions. I've been in the 27613 area for 15yrs and here for 9 because they have garages which is a nice convenience. Maintenance is good. Price is a bit high/reasonable with no upgrades. Quiet most days unless the new neighbors wanna play loud music and then get in trouble because we will report it, otherwise it's peaceful. We wave at neighbors, never any over, or kids play together outside. The mandatory cable/internet is $75 a month which I hate, compared to paying $10 when I first moved here. Trash is $15 and $5 for pest control which are two more unnecessary cost. Trash compactor often over flows making it look very unprofessional and messy for a few days. Office staff are good most days until an unexpected expense comes along. I have had people enter the wrong apartment to do work orders unexpectedly with their contractors and that was a disaster being that I was undressed at 7am; no real apology or accommodations for their mistake, they blamed it on the contractors but the office gave them the keys to my apartment, which didn't need carpet. One time they was cleaning the apartment by the steps and water flooded my garage and they did replace those items either. So when it comes to accepting responsibility it kinda lacks tremendously, otherwise it's okay. We haven't been having a tremendous problems with the large water bugs in a few months, and I'm forever grateful that I hope they don't come back. But spring/summer brings spiders, etc, and hope they stay away too, otherwise a closed- in apartment complex would be better. Overall they are okay.

Leaks in the kitchen and bathroom toilet had been repaired, the leaks had been going on for months with the toliet, and the kitchen sink maybe longer. Office said they don't know if they adjusting the bill, bc it was two day turn around from me calling and they fixing it. The bill is $95, which is ridiculous, and I've always felt the water bill was a rip off, from when I 1st moved here 5 yrs ago, and it was around $25, now the average is $75, what a hike in price; we gotta get out this apartment ASAP because they ripping us off; consider this my notice. 12/29/17 New blinds in all rooms, kitchen ceiling former leak could use painting or replacing, water bill too high, forced cable Bill too high, trash fee too high, average apartment too high, no updates or real amenities. Transfer fee a mess, $600; I want a updated apartment, been here 5 yrs. Good location, and friendly maintenance people.
