Disappointed
I am glad that 'Great Community' is satisfied with everything, however that is not the general concensus of the current tenants. When I moved in Danielle was the property mananger and things here were wonderful, now...not so much. The current property manager, Sarah, is hardly ever in the office. Every time I call, during business hours, I rarely get an answer. On several occasions when going to the office to request the key to the tanning bed, she is not there...she is tanning on the clock!!! Calls are not returned when messages are left. The only success I have is calling our maintenance specialist, Robert. His number is to be used in emergencies however, basic maintenance needs are not addressed unless you call him directly. Myself along with other tenants I know all call Robert because if you leave a message with Sarah, nothing is accomplished. The complex has gone downhill. The breezeways are cluttered and dirty as previously listed from another review. Dog owners do not clean up after their pets and there is no action taken. One particular incident involved a K9 officer who resided here and allowed the German Shepherd to use the mulch in the playground area as his bathrooom area and refused to clean up the fecal matter. When Sarah was notified, her response was, 'well he's a police officer.' When the complex was pressure washed, no notifications were given thus our mats and any door decorations were basically destroyed. Many outdoor lighting fixtures are burned out and have been for months and have not been replaced. Shudders are missing from the buildings, some for the 2 years I have lived here and have not been replaced. Furthermore, complaints regarding noisy neighbors are not addressed. Several tenants have moved out and many are looking for new apartments or houses in hopes of getting out due to disappointment in the way things are handled.Share This Review
