After three years living at Woodland Creek, I am moving because of job relocation; not because of the property or management. I loved every minute of living there, I never had any problems or complaints. But just for all the reviews I have read about move out charges; I have some information for everyone! After three years I decided to move, so I went to management to let them know. I filled out the Intent to Vacate form that every person moving out is required to do and I gave my 60 days Notice (as required by Phillips Management). At the end of my lease I moved out and turned in my keys when I said I would and thanked them for a wonderful experience. Not to long after moving out I recieved my EOD (Estimate of Deposit). I didn't question anything on there because I didn't clean the apartment or steam clean the carpet, both of which are the tenants responsibility upon move out or you will be charged. This is all stuff that was told to me the first day I moved in three years ago. So when I saw the charged I didn't get mad or question them, I knew what the consequences where if I didn't do what I was required to do. Over all I loved living at Woodland Creek, never had any problems or complaints with management, maintenance or any other resident for that matter. I even had some college students living around me and they were as nice as could be to me and very respectful also. I recommend Woodland Creek to anyone who needs a place to live and wants it to be be clean, safe and friendly!
