Egret Crossing Apartments

This place egret crossing they are so nice when you go there to look at apartments. They tell you they have a great maintenance crew, when we initially looked there was carpet and they told us within the year there would be a wood linoleum placed in the apartment. That never happened but no t a big deal. The first apartment we lived in we had a mold problem so bad that they actually moved us to another apartment only after three months of living there. The new apartment was just fine. The only problem we had there in 9 months there was that the air went out and the maintenance person had gone out of town and wouldn't be back for two more days. 90 degree weather and no air was not to fun but they did fix it. All of there maintenance people live on site including the apartment manager. So at times the work done is not the best. During our stay here we had three different apartment managers in one year. We were never late on rent and we stayed the full term of our lease. Most everyone there had dogs that they just let out. So therefore the dog poop was a problem. In our lease it stated that there was a 2 animal maximum with weight under 25 pounds and no aggressive breeds. Even though our one neighbor had 3 big mixed up dogs. That were at least 50lbs each and our other neighbor 2 small dogs and a cat. All of the apartments there are small and not big enough for three animals. So they just let them out to go no leash or anything. now there were some people that used leashes but if you have children you really had to watch out for a dog coming around. These apartments a re affordable that's what keeps people there. But the biggest problem is that things are not fixed properly and therefore they break again or things that have water leaks eventually cause mold and leaks in the walls.
