Have no previous experience with townhome/apartment leading but this is enjoyable -particularly after the initial ownership change. It would be nice if you could offer upgrades such as gas appliances particularly cooking.

Very favorable after management/ownership change. I would recommend that you lower the 200 character minimum on this answer portion as most people should be able to express themselves in significantly less than 200 characters.
