Resident 2015 - 2016

10/31/2016

Ever since the new company Kane reality too over, too many changes have taken place that we were not made aware of when we signed a lease. For instance, they are making ALL 1st floor apartments disability compliant which is a real inconvenience. This means that we lost our screened in porch and they changed our oven/stove and door knobs. God only knows what is next. They give you 2 days warning. Second, rent is going up over $200/month in some cases. This used to be a very tight knit and family friendly community. Now, they are pricing people out of here. People are what made this place an amazing and amiable abode. Not anymore. They are shooting themselves in the foot on this one. They are regular apartments trying to compete with luxury apartments, and it's just not happening. That's not what this complex was designed for. :-( The office manager is also super lazy, not staff, but the manager. The only thing great is the maintenance personnel. We are sad that we could not afford to renew our lease, and we had to move out like so many other families have recently.
