Ashton oaks was ok. I lived there from 2011-2014. Broke college student affordable. Neighborhood was decent. Laundry room always broken. Yes the entire room, not just one. Car was broken into at end of lease. Management was unorganized. It appears that they still are. Asked for rental history to be faxed to new apartment. Was promised it would be done Monday. It is now Wednesday & I am being met with excuses. I spoke with one "manager" she assures me it had been sent. Called back second manager says he hasn't sent it but he will now. Unprofessional.
