Please know that our team is working hard to address your concern. We have not received any reports of unauthorized people sleeping in our community. It is our practice to walk the property every day, but in case our team misses something, we appreciate our residents letting us know anything they may notice. While our team walks the grounds regularly, in the event that they miss some thing, we appreciate residents letting us know of anything they may notice. The amenity fee includes much more than Cox Contour TV and extends to free WiFi in the common areas, access to the resort-style swimming pool, the fitness center, and more. We are unable to see any service requests to check patio doors, but if you are experiencing a problem, please let the leasing office know so they can address this matter.
