I moved into this complex in april of 2008. I am still currently living here unfortunately but i am ready to move for sure. my ceiling is leaking and making mold all over my wall which frankly is DISGUSTING, the water temperature was turned down for the first 6 months of me living here and they neglected to tell us it could be increased at anytime, everytime i go into the office the stupid lady name Quincy always seems to get an attitude with me or makes me feel like i am bugging her, or the other fat old lady Connie who god forbid if she has to get up off her large rear to get any small thing for me. My neighbors have been loud and vomited on my front door once, and vandalized the hallway, and than two days later i find a note on the door saying MY BEHAVIOR is unacceptable.... they didn't bother to call or contact me but want to reprimand me for something i had nothing to do with. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it needs a huge management overhaul, price cuts, and way more of a selection with cable providers. I get 26 lousy bs channels and i cant get a dish because i live on the first floor and don't have a railing to mount it on, and i can't screw it to the post, nor can i mount a post in the lawn. and time warner and comcast does not provide service here. To top it off, after living here two months, i saw a burglar break though a window into the apartment across my back lawn, ever since I struggle to feel safe at all. THIS PLACE IS HELL.
