My girlfriend and I moved in to our apt in April 2007, other reviews mentioning the ability to hear what goes on in others apts is basically true. The walls were definitely not soundproof. The people that lived below us for a time had family members who were constantly arguing and fighting; although the individual who lived above us was very quiet, half the time, it was as if no one was living above us so it does matter the types of neightbors you might have. There were insulation problems noticeable especially during the winter, but I don't remember it being bad enough where Ice would form on the interior portions of the windows. Maintenance staff were very responsive to issues, some of which were due to the poor quality of construction (the ceilings would leak water, window shades easily bent). The agreement the property had with Dish was horrible. The signal was usually lost an average of 3 to 4 times a day (even in nice weather). Location was good, but would not recommend this place.
