My husband and I have lived here for about 7 months. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Maintenance requests have been done the same day every time and done right the first time. The pool area is nice and well kept, it is large enough to feel comfortable. Parking is always open near the buildings and snow removal was not a problem. The only thing we didn't like so much was the lack of fitness area. Overall it's a great place to live and reasonably priced. Our apartment is huge and we pay $30 for electricity too! it's nice to have a laundry room with the washer and dryer included. Also, the gas range has been great, especially because Black Sand pays for the gas! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent.
