We lived in a town home at Chateau Lafleur. It was a great place for our family to live while we built a house. The maintenance responded in a quick manner to take care of anything that went wrong in our place. The office staff was excellent! They were friendly and helpful in any situation. Our kids absolutely loved the swimming pool. It is the best pool in Lincoln, maintained with excellence and 14 ft deep! The grounds are well taken care of in all seasons. Snow removal was always done promptly and done well. We recommend Chateau to any one that is looking to rent. Would live here again in a heartbeat!
