After reading the reviews on here I was worried I wouldn't get any of my deposit back though it turns out I had little worry about. Except for the $75 carpet cleaning which they charge everyone I only had $30 in additional charges for some spots I missed, which I am completely fine with. Overall I had a positive experience in my time there. The only negatives that are specifically to do with the apartment complex were the rent increases and that you have no choice but to be a Time Warner cable subscriber. If you do yearly leases, no problem, but if you go month to month or a 6 month lease, you get to pay for cable with no option not to. If you have a small dog, probably a great place to live. If you don't like small dogs who bark all day long and don't like stepping in dog poo, you might want to find some place that doesn't allow small dogs. The management did frequently put up signs advising residents to pick up after their dogs or else, but it's tough to find out who's responsible. (I don't blame the dogs, just their irresponsible owners) Issues with dogs and their owners notwithstanding, it's a great place to live.
