I had heard from other tenants that management would post notices/warnings/violations on your door with no date or signature. And then, in the note, they would state that it needed to be corrected by the very next day. Well, it finally happened to me. My "violation" was something that they without a doubt knew about for 10 years, only now is it a problem. What if I had been out of town, as I frequently am, and could not take care of the "violation" in the less than 24 hours that were given?
