I've lived at Fairways since August. When applying for the apartment everything was really easy and the staff was super helpful. Around October my roommate and I noticed that our heat wasn't working, then we noticed the microwave would just shut off, or the stove. Long story short, there was a problem with the main power source and they had to call in out side maintenance to fix the problem. My apartment was without heat and power to the kitchen for about a month because we had to wait for the outsourced company to make it out here. The property manager gave us a key to the "executive suite" so we would have somewhere warm to stay and money toward rent. Over all it was just a huge inconvenience and I think it took way to long to be resolved. Since then we have had no problems.
