You´ve got to weigh between costs and benefits!
I agree with the 1st reviewer. I was also a pharmacy student and already graduated this year. I used to live at Kellom Knoll´s for just 1 month. Couldn´t stand it any longer. My classmates needed a roommate to help them share the rent, I agreed to move in so that we all could save money a little more. If you´re a light sleeper, the 1st floor is not for you. The girls staying above us jumped all day and the pounding noise ached your ears and your head (we always wondered what they were doing up there, karate lessons 24/24 or something like that???). The service were really bad. My classmates had trouble with the manager for a long time. They hardly fixed anything. My classmates either had to wait almost forever (i.e, until the kitchen sink smelled like garbage for more than a week) or were told to fix any problem by themselves. They almost brought the issue to a lawyer for a lot of things. We lived in Nicolas Ct. In my own opinion, the money I thought I could save was not worth it at all. I moved back to my own apt before and was very happy there until the day I graduated.Share This Review
