Decent and relatively cheap
Not terrible for your money. Parking is not assigned, but there really isn´t enough parking spots. the "no parking zone" streets are lined with cars during the nights. Older apartments, 2 prong outlets, pink appliances (sinks and such), great water pressure and hot water, but somewhat of a problem draining water. Toilets have very strong legs as they run alot. Its a relatively cheap place for students, some families, etc. No noise problems, maintenance is quick, but not always effective. There was a string of vandalism/breakins to cars, but that seems to have passed. There are garages, but its around $40 a month, and they have not electricity, and are nothing special. Management can be downright rude at times. Older construction starting to show, some cracks in walls, etc. Brand new washers and dryers, but its $1 a load. All in all, not too bad for the dough.
