I moved in at Pacific Gardens about 2 months ago, and I can't believe how easy it was. The management was really flexible with getting me, my boyfriend, and friend in to see the apts since we all worked different schedules. When we moved in, we were happy with the amount of space we recieved for the rent we pay. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a fully renovated kitchen, and windows in every room for only $730 a month. All utilites included except for electric. The thing that attracted us was the fact that the A/C and heat was paid for. When we moved in, we did have some problems though. The first one we uncovered was the garbage disposal didn't work. We called talked to management, and maintenance came out the next day. While they were there, they also replaced our blinds in one of the bedrooms. The next problem was that the windows are kinda hard to open and keep open. During the time that the boiler/chiller system was off to get it ready for the switch, it got really really hot in our apt. We had to open the windows to survive. However, the air came on nearly 3 weeks early, and everyone was happy. Parking is a problem depending on the building you are in. The furthest I've had to park is behind a building 2 down from us, but I have heard of others having to park down the street. All in all, every place is going to have issues, but this one seems to have less, and handled faster. I would absoloutely suggest living here. The neighbors are kind, friendly, and helpful. I can't see myself moving in a year. :)Share This Review
