Tranquility Pointe Apartments

WE have lived here two years, and I am getting more fed up with the place. At first the management and maintenance was effective, but lately it has gone greatly downhill. First, the management is rude, and I have been into the office where no workers are there with people waiting and all personal packages out in the open (and they have lost a package of ours before, i wonder why). Secondly, someone puked all over our building to the point you pretty much have to walk in it to get of our apartment and building and when I called to complain because it has been there overnight and all day they said we know but we dont have anyone to clean up---which is besides disgusting a health hazard. We put in maintenance complaints because we had a mouse trapped in our vents and they said they wouldnt fix it on the weekends because it was not important, and they would call us during the week but they never followed through, the mouse died and our apartment stunk. The maintenance crew came to fix a hole in the hallway and left the plaster along with his used gloves and tools laying in the hallway. After a week of it sitting there we finally cleaned up after him. Often there is trash in the parking lot or our building that doesnt get cleaned up. Our hot water breaks a lot. The only good thing is that the floor plan and the space is nice, but beyond that management and maintenance is inefficient and rude. I think for the money that the apartments cost you could buy a house or find a better value. I would no longer recommend these apartments and am just waiting to find a house before I get the heck out of here. Also, as someone else mentioned, there are trailer parks around here, besides it being an eyesore, our car has been broken into, something else to consider about the location and cost.
