Its ok
I've lived here about a year and a half. Overall I would say its not terrible but not great.I probably wouldn't recommend it for the serious adult renter looking for a place to call home. These are older apartments and have not been updated at all. The windows are definitely crappy I never open them because usually they will not properly shut, leaving large drafty gaps to the outside. I had to caulk and put plastic on all my windows to keep the electric bills down, and its much better now, but I keep the plastic on year round. The water takes FOREVER to get warm, probably close to 5 minutes, very annoying. The walls/ceilings are VERY thin, I highly recommend living on the top floor if you do move in here. Thank God I was lucky enough to not get extremely loud neighbors. You can also hear people enter the building and march up and down the stairs which is very annoying. Parking is a big problem, not enough spaces, and people park ilegally all the time. These are overpriced apartments and they did raise rent $15 when I renewed my lease. I never felt at home here or that this was somewhere I wanted to live long-term. I highly debated moving out when my first month lease was up, and I will definitely move out when my current lease is up. On the positive side, I have not had a problem with pests and the office staff and maintenance is quite helpful, and the location is great.Share This Review
