This place is horrible. I would NEVER resign a lease her and honestly want to break the one I'm already in. The office staff is nice, but after you sign the lease they're rude and unwilling to answer questions, concerns or provide any help. The apartment we looked at is NOTHING like the one they put us in so you can imagine how we felt once we opened our door. They claim to have secured entry but none of the doors is any of the buildings latch so the doors can be opened by anyone at any time. Occasionally when the front door does latch, it gets stuck and you can't get into your building but after multiple complaints it still isn't fixed and other people have complained too. Trying to get anything repaired in this complex is a joke! I called the week I moved in about a huge hole in my window. No only does it let in a bunch of cold/hot air which costs me money to control the temp, but it's also a safety concern. It hasn't even been looked at. That was 3 months ago that I called. I also have had people knock on my apartment door begging for money. Very young children run all over the complex without any parent around, and there are people hanging out in the parking lot in the back of the building 24/7. Today my fridge broke and when I called and let maintenance know and asked if she knew how long it would take she replied with "A day or two." I said that I had a fridge full of food and didn't want everything to go back she told me to keep the doors closed...for two days...won't be eating I guess. Then I was accused of being a large amount short on rent by the office. I checked my bank account, know that I had all the money and told them I would like to come in Monday to show them my paper trail and get confirmation from the bank that all the checks had been posted I got an attitude. After explaining I would be in Monday I was called a second time and treated horribly. I explained that I was not coming to discuss it without proof and that I would be in Monday before I went to work. There was no reason to call again and treat me bad when she was told I would be in to resolve the issue. Other people who have lived her a while have told me that police have had to kick in doors of drug dealers, and raid apartments. I hate this place. I hate living here and I can't wait to move. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go through this or live here, let alone someone I know and like. There's so much more I could write but it would be a novel. Bottom line is don't live her. Please.
