My family and I moved in about 6 months ago. The outside door did not lock, the dishwasher didn't work, and recently brown spots are on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. They finally fixed the door a month ago. They replaced the dishwasher a month ago, but the water is so hard that it has ruined my dishes after using the dishwasher a few times. And for the spots on the walls and ceiling....they offered to paint over them. With these few things that have been wrong the maintenance people have been here many times, only to return again to fix the same problem. The snow removal is a joke. With a couple of the snow storms this winter it took over 2-3 days to clear the sidewalks and just the main path through the parking lot. We have to have space heaters in the bedrooms since there is only one cold return air vent the heat does not circulate very well.
