When I lived there which was 2003. The apartments where very clean. The noise from both the streets and the neighbors where very minimal.<br>Electric was not that bad. <br>Most apartments that you look at now, are very small, very inefficiant, and do not have all of the ammenities that one would like.<br>This is an excellent place to live!
