I moved into High Ridge in October 2010, and I have had a great experience. Christina has been friendly and always willing to help. She remembers my son is in the military and asks about him. Maintenance can be rude, but at least give the manager the opportunity to fix it. I manage another apartment community in Dover, and I have 8 years in property management, and the small issues that I notice, always are addressed. I get home after 6pm every night and have never had an issue with parking. I would and have recommened HIgh Ridge to several people. Just remember CPM, you can't make everyone happy all the time.
