I've lived at the New Meadows now for a year. I've found it very nice. My apartment was clean and smell free upon moving in. My fridge broke after 2 months, management quickly found me a fridge to put my food in so that it wouldn't spoil and then replaced my broken one with a brand new one(Dave was very profesional). People are as people always are, some friendly some not. There are many families here, low income/ upper income, after all the price is right for a small family. I've found it to be very quiet even with the large amount of college kids that come and go. Very centrally located to Dover itself, the turnpike and UNH. Parking is plenifull. They keep the grounds up in the summer. Plowing is done in the winter. Each building is well lit. I've found management to be helpfull and responsive. There is a rather high turnover which I'm amazed at because it really is very nice to live here.
