The staff and maintenance were inviting and nice, and the apartments are nice and modern, but need to be better taken care of. Some of my biggest issues while living here was the wifi, which has now been upgraded thankfully, how far it is off campus, and how expensive it is to live here based on the "tier" system that the company has in place. One of my roommates paid $815, one paid $830 and myself & my other roommate paid $920 a month, the difference in what we paid was absurd. **IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SUBLET YOUR ROOM** PLEASE know that you'll be "required" to pay a $325 relet fee, which is a stupid cost to put someone else in your bedroom. Had I have known this upon finding a relet, I would have gone about it a different way. Apparently, it is in the contract that was signed when I signed for my apartment in November of 2016... and of course, I haven't looked at the contract since. The staff and management failed to remind/tell me about the $325 relet fee after many interactions with them regarding a sublet in person, over the phone and over email, aside from it being stated in a contract that I signed well over a year and a half ago. Upsetting that I was told that after paying my May 2018 final payment, that I would be done paying, just to find out that I would have to pay another $325 for placing someone else in my apartment. Just another reason for them to get more money out of you on top of the crazy costs of living.
