Overall, content with this apartment. Easy to maintain. Within walking distant to stores. Friendly bus available. Large parking lot. Plenty of parking. Prompt staff to plow in the winter. Beautiful neighborhood. Overall, a quiet peaceful environment. See More

I've really enjoyed living at Princeton Brook. I was a resident before Princeton took over and since they've been involved they have updated the hallways with new paint, new carpeting, and new lights. We also have new laundry machines that are much easier than the old… See More

Old building. Princeton is always expensive. No private outdoor space. Big parking lot and nice location close enough to town. Quiet building even though walls and floors are paper thin. If you're going to paying Princeton, their other properties are far nicer. See More

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Princeton has recently acquired the property and we are upgrading the common areas and renovating apartments. The results so far are great! While the building is older, we plan to manage and operate the property as we do all of our communities and we are now able to offer a more broad choice of apartment homes to fit individual's budgets.
