Red oak is great for perspective renters. Tressa was awesome to deal with. Until our lease was up. Read all the fine print and pay attention to whats going on when you first rent. Fill out the damage report correctly when you move in, dont let anything slide because it will end up your problem at the end. Be sure to fill out their version of the end of lease form. Apparently anything else doesnt count and they will attempt to charge you another month for supposedly not giving notice, but they wont tell you that until returning the keys and actually moving out. and cleaning fees for a clean apartment seem rediculous. I got a 130 bill from them for a refrigerator. Great when moving in....snakelike when moving
