My ceiling was shot through by my upstairs neighbor cleaning his gun, over MY BED. Luckily we were watching tv in the livingroom. It says in their rule book no fire arms are to be discharged in the community- the landlord allowed this person to finish their lease, and contined to live above me. He was not evicted. Management does nothing to help problems in the community. The walls are also paper thin- the people downstairs would party until early in the morning. This place is NO WAY worth $1300/month. Take your money elsewhere!
