This place is a large scale apartment complex, and that is the type of service you are going to get. You are only a number and a paycheck to them. The people working the front are very friendly, but there is little they do to help. You get what you want to hear to get you out of their office and you get no results. The paint peeled in our bathtub and got it "fixed" 5 times. Upstairs neighbors were loud 24/7. Filed SEVERAL complaints and nothing changed. Our family had to move in with relatives because of the noise level. They were "unable to help us" with any of it. Even the move out charges were unbelievable. They found whatever they could charge us for including "move-out fees" which could not be explained. The grounds are well kept and the washer and dryer is nice. Other than that, you are gonna get people who care little for your living conditions, solely because there are too many tenants for them to help everyone.
