From the phone call inquiry, to move in, the folks at Bay Ridge have been amazing. I called and set up a personal tour and I was greeted by extremely friendly staff and taken around the property. They showed me the apartments and a few of the community features. Once the tour was concluded, the staff presented me with a number of options and gave me information. About all of the fees uncluded. They were very accommodating when I had to change my move in date. Overall great place to live. Nice apartments and very friendly staff.
