Bay Ridge At Nashua Apartments

My apartment was dirty and so many things were broken.Cleaning staff, lied to my face about not being able to clean something which I was then able to clean with my finger. The entire apartment smells STRONGLY of the previous tenet's cooking spices. Yet, the only thing offered to do was use some machine that sucks the air out of the apartment, which didn't work. No other offer to help rid the apartment of the smell which is now making all of my things smell badly and my son keeps asking me why the house smells so bad. The only thing the leasing office has told me is to just keep the windows open. We are on the first floor and we work, I can not keep all the windows and doors open during the day while we are not there. On my move in day it was obvious that the apartment was just flipped and the leasing office told me that no one from there walked it to make sure it was ready. I was given a 200 credit for the "inconvenience" which considering how awful the entire experience was and how my living quarters smells but I'm stuck living there because how can I move my entire family again and I've already signed a lease, is not nearly enough. Luckily I'm only stuck here for 8 months and then I can leave. I regret moving here. Brittney was nice and tried to help but she said "she didn't know what she could do" about the smell. Which isn't a satisfactory answer to me. Basically it leaves me spending my time and money to fix something that should really be my problem but now I'm stuck with it. I regret moving here.
