I live in the 1 bedroom from 2004-2005...and it was awful. It was my first apartment and deffinetly a learning experience. The kitchen was large but no counterspace at all, and no dishwasher. Carpeting was old and worn out and they charged us for it when we moved out. Laundry was awful, coin operation never worked and people were always taking out clothes out. Hallways were awful looking. Residents were a little less then decent. We lived right by the front door so whenever we left our slider open we could hear everyones conversations and this one dude who liked to talk to himself over the intercom system. There were always unsupervised children EVERYWHERE. One good note: theres TONS of parking.

Overall you get what you pay for, and this is one of the cheapest complexes you can find in Nashua.
