I currently live at Canterbury. I found the leasing process easy and the staff friendly and professional. The maintenance staff is very courteous and helpful. The rent is very competitive compared to other apartments in the area. The complex is older but well maintained. These units were built at a time when sound insulation was not a priority so you will occasionally hear your neighbors. Some tenants or their guests do throw trash from their vehicles into the parking areas, it is usually cleaned up quickly. I have found my neighbors for the most part to be respectful and friendly. You will see the same problems here that you will find in any large community setting but not any worse. I have no regrets renting here.
