I thought that everything here was pretty decent. You cant have everything your eay, and i understand that. So little things that cane up, like noisy neighbors, or bad habits that others have--i let it go. Until i get the phone call yesterday that I cant resign my lease because of two ladies that live underneath me gave complained about my 6 year old son, puppy, and my family being over for visits. Apparently word of mouth is everything over here, so be careful when you move in. Because management doesn't take your side of things into consideration at all. I did not receive so much as a WARNING! i have a 6 year old, and now have to find a place to live because of what someone else has to say. In the meantime, the neighbors down the hall yell every chance they get. Another neighbor has a dog that barks every single time someone walks in the hallway. Someone had come by my door a few nights ago and tried getting into my apartment but luckily my door was locked. The two ladies who complained about me smoke cigarettes in their apartment, and it stinks up the entire second floor by the doorway when you walk into the building. Im missing things from my apartment because i trusted that a woman who said she would help me with my puppy left my door unlocked. Management claim that they have photos of my mother throwing cigarette butts off the balcony. No, she shouldnt be doing that but theres zero appreciation for someones privacy. The playground sucks & the kids around here are rude. Parents let their children run around here with no supervision, and for a single mom with a 6 year old makes me wonder what the hell is so important that they cant play with their kids outside. You're only allowed to have one dog per unit, yet in the building next to me there are two dogs in one apartment. I see them in the window all the time when im walking back from my car. So... since ive been told that my 6 year old is too noisy, and having my family here isnt okay, i figured i should point out the flaws of everythinf else around here. I pay $1,345/month to live here. I pay by myself. No welfare, no child support. I live on the third floor. They knew i had a kid when i moved in. And now, i have to find a place to go in the midst of working full time, and paying bills. I didnt save for this ----. I wouldnt reccomend living here unless you want to be micro managed in your own home, and watch others get away with everything. -ashlee wheeler, building 39.
