I lived at Osprey for 2 years on the Blue Heron side.
It was quiet, inexpensive, and close to everything.
I got a job in Boston and moved down there so I wouldn´t have to commute daily.
I rented from this place in Mass and signed a 1 year lease. It was awful! I had people living above me and I could hear EVERY little step they made, hear them talk, opening and shutting cabinets, dropping skillets etc., and so much more. I had to walk up and down tons of steps to get to and from my car. Also, going to a dirty laundry room is not somewhere I enjoy washing my clothes.
With Osprey Landing:
-You get 2 floors, so you won´t hear the stomping of neighbors living above or below you.
-You get your own washer/dryer hookups in the apartment.
-You park directly in front of your front door (great for grocery day).
-You get a back deck to BBQ on or just relax. (getting that taken away from you is a real downer)
-You get windows on both sides of the apartment so you can actually get a nice breeze in the summer. (I don´t have that now. Only windows on one side of my apartment, and believe me, you miss it.)
-I was paying $600.00 less at Osprey.

To sum it up, I am moving back to Osprey Landing, and will commute to Boston daily. Believe me, I will be 85% happier than living in the ´overpriced´ Boston suburbs.
I´ll be able to get some sleep and save money.
e-mail me if you have any questions/comments:
[email protected]
